My blog is not only a way for me to share ideas it also serves as a sort of journal for myself when I want to remember something.
I find myself taking screen shots all the time but if I let them sit on my phone too long I tend to forget why I saved them!
I figured if I put them on the blog weekly I will not only remember why I saved them but I can get some of them off my phone!
Rebecca Atwood posted a photo on her instagram of a headboard designed by Emily Henderson using Atwood’s fabric. I’m in love! I also think the prints by Jane Denton would look super pretty and easily replicated perhaps with watercolor paint, in my daughter’s super budget friendly studio apartment next year. I’ll stick to buying Denton’s actual artwork for my house for now (it’s legit gorgeous)!
A new to me instagram to follow is Lisa Dawson. She’s funny, she’s not afraid to cuss (a plus for me) sarcastic, tells funny stories and shares her eclectic home that is uniquely her own.
When I ran across this photos of Michelle Adam’s bathroom it gave me the idea to put some greenery on my newly finished guest bathroom’s stool. I love small details and they can be cheap and are usually super easy to incorporate! Keep your eyes open while flipping through pretty images. It doesn’t have to be an exact copy just use it as a jumping off point!
